We use land training facilities both at Hemel SportSpace and Longdean gym, Rumballs Rd., Hemel Hempstead, Herts., HP3 8JB.  Click here for map.  Both centres have equipment which allows movements from a sport to be mimicked such as working across more than one plane of movement (frontal, lateral and rotational), using multi joint exercises and utilising explosive exercises to maximise performance.
