To enter Otters swimmers should

  • Be confident swimmers capable of at least 200m on each of 3 strokes without stress
  • Demonstrate Butterfly over 25m
  • Demonstrate a streamlined plunge dive (arms extended throughout)
  • Commit to a minimum of two sessions each week excluding Tuesdays
  • Be able to swim 4 x 1 IM (flexipool) plus 100m Freestyle (6 lengths of flexipool) in under 3.10.00.
