Ashley Coombs swam in his first gala of the season at Epping and came home with two golds and a silver medal. On Sunday 15th September Ashley Coombs swam at the Epping Forest and District Swim Club Season Opener, which is a Level 3 Meet, a well run event offering all 50,100, and 200 events over just one day.
Ashley competed in three events, First off 100IM 1.22.24 a silver medal and a bonus of a 2014 Herts County Qualificiation Time, his second race was the 200 Free, 2.35.61 the Gold medal and another CQT. His Third race after lunch was the 200IM 3.07.16 and a second Gold medal.
Well done Ashley a nice start to the season.
