A small group of swimmers spent their weekend in Cambridge with some excellent results, winning two golds, five silvers and four bronzes, setting five new age group records and achieving 3 new Regional qualifying times, taking the total number of events at which Hemel swimmers have qualified at this years Regionals to 78, beating the previous record of 76 set last year.
Holly Robinson won two golds, three silvers and a bronze as well as setting three new age group records in the 100 back and 100 & 200 breast. Grace Cawley won two silvers and a bronze and set a new age group record in the 400 free with a massive 43 second PB. Cameron Clark won bronze in the 200 back, Luke Pestaille obtained a new Regional qualifying time in winning bronze in the 100 fly and improved his existing Regional qualifying time in the 100 back in which he also set a new age group record in the event, whilst Jonny Farrow achieved two new Regional qualifying times in the 50 and 200 free.
