I’m delighted to be able to tell you that the Club’s swim21 certification has been renewed for a further year.
swim21 is the ASA’s recognised kitemark for the development of effective, ethical and sustainable affiliated clubs. Hemel is accredited as a “swim 21 Essential Club” which means that we comply with ASA criteria to help grow membership, develop volunteers and ensure the sustainability of activity in line with the objective of the club.
I’d like to thank Janet Davies, the Club vice chair, who co-ordinated our activity to ensure that we retained our swim21 accreditation and contirbuted significantly to a number of the requirements.
