A Team of 19 Hemel Swimmers attended the Luton Short Course Meet on 26th/27th April 2014 picking up a hat full of medals and numerous personal best times.
Charlie Rayner 12 lead the way picking up two gold medals in the 100m Breaststroke and 50m Butterfly events, his sister Grace 15 won a gold medal in her specialist event the 100m Breaststroke.
Keelin McKenna 14 also won a gold medal in the 50m Backstroke, Jack Christie 15 was a multiple medal winner taking silvers in the 50m Butterfly and 50m freestyle as well as two bronze medals in the 100m freestyle and the 50m Breaststroke.
There were a large number of personal bests from the other swimmers that included:
