The first round of Milton Keynes Junior League kicked off with a home match. We were head to head with some tough opposition and were jostling for position throughout the evening, eventually finishing 5th. for breaking two club records in the 25 free and 25 fly, her enthusiasm and good butterfly, but there were lots of stand out swims throughout evening. |
Grace Cawley and Ernie Coldwell achieved the highest finishes of the evening with Grace coming second in both her individual races in the 50 free and breast and Ernie second in the 25 breast with an impressive 3 second PB over 25m along with a 5 second PB in the 25 fly. Tilly Stratford, Finn Guest and Mia Maslen Wollington all finished third in their races.
Catlin Walters posted the most impressive PB in the evening with an almost 8 second improvement in the 50 fly, whilst Mila Brooke achieved a 3 second PB in the 25 fly and a 1 second PB in the 25 free. Other good PBs were achieved by Seve Carillo de Albornoz, Bertie Dix, Jake Harvey and Elsa Perrault.
