We’re actively looking to expand our volunteer base and are initially seeking someone to help with the recruitment, induction and support for new volunteers.
This is a crucial role for the club to fill as many of our current volunteers no longer have swimmers within the club. We are looking for someone who can act proactively in recruiting; this may be by face-to-face contact at training sessions, posting on social media or holding workshops/meetings. Job descriptions for most roles have been produced and induction processes are in place – its the time and effort of coordinating that we are short on!
We would ask that the successful candidate sits on the committee – at least for the interim. These meetings are held monthly on a Monday evening.
