Safeguarding

Hemel Hempstead Swim Club is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable
environment for all its members.

The role of the Welfare Officer provides a first point of contact for
children and adults within the club who have a child safeguarding or
welfare concern. They also promote the importance of Wavepower – Swim
England’s Safeguarding Policy. This ensures that all coaches, swimmers,
parents and volunteers are fully aware of the duty of care that we ALL
have to our members.

As Club Welfare Officer Mark Ayers is the point of contact for any
person who has a concern about safeguarding and welfare – please feel
