Three HHSC swimmers, Mat Rafiq-Craske, Hilary Coulson and Shane Coulson, competed in the 3K event at the East Region Open Water Championships in Norwich today. After a mass start, the team swam well, bringing home 1 Regional gold, 2 Regional silvers and 3 County golds. Shane and Hilary will be competing in the Masters Open Water Nationals at Thrybergh Country Park, Rotherham, in 3 weeks’ time.
