Hemel swimmers were in action again, with the combined HHSC and Berkhamstead team taking 4th place in the 4×100 m freestyle relay. Hilary placed 4th in the women’s 50 m backstroke, while Dave Pirrie took GOLD in the Men’s 100 m breaststroke, with Mark Ayres in 5th. The combined relay team followed this up with SILVER in the 4×100 m medley relay.

Hilary picked up the BRONZE medal in the Women’s 200 m backstroke.

Dave added to his medal tally with a BRONZE in the Men’s 200 m IM and Mark Strakosch earned a BRONZE too, in the Men’s 1500 m freestyle. The weekend was rounded off with another GOLD for Dave in the Men’s 200 m breaststroke.

Massive congratulations to Dave, Mark and Hilary for brilliant performances and to the Berkhamstead team. You all did HHSC proud!
