On Sunday morning Hilary Coulson and Edwige Fortier competed in ‘The One on the lake’ 3K Open Water race, at the Olympic Rowing venue, Dorney Lake, Windsor. Both swimmers set new Age Group PBs, taking 1st and 2nd in the 50+ Wetsuit category. Β

In August, new club member Hector Cross competed at the British Transplant Games where he won 2 Golds and 2 Silvers. He then flew off to Germany to compete in the WORLD Transplant Games, winning 4 medals including a Gold in 50 Freestyle. Huge Congratulations go out to Hector and his family.

Jo Lea-Pearce was the sole HHSC Master swimmer attending the weekends Distance Meet at Barnet Copthall. Swimming for National qualification times, Jojo (45-49 age group) won Golds in both the 200 Back and 400 IM, with Silvers in the 100 Back and 400 Freestyle. A great result JoJo, Congratulations.
