We are excited to announce that entries will shortly be open for the Hemel Hempstead Swimming Club Sprint Festival taking place on Saturday 18th October 2025. This Level 3 meet will be held at the Hemel Hempstead Leisure Centre with no entry requirements.

Sessions will consist of 50 and 100 races in all strokes with spot prizes up for grabs! Medals will be awarded within the following age groups – 9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16, 17 and over.

A SKINS event will be held at the end of each session. The Freestyle SKINS will be the 6 fastest swimmers from the 50M Freestyle event. The Medley SKINS will be an aggregate of the 6 fastest swimmers from the 50m Fly and 50m Backstroke events.

MEET INFORMATION PACK

• Entries to open shortly (once license received). Entry fee is £8 per event. In the event of the meet being oversubscribed, entries will be accepted on a ‘first come / first served’
• Team entries of 4 or more people should be using Hytek file. Only one hytek file will be accepted per club. Please complete a summary sheet to accompany your hytek file.
• Entries of 4 or fewer swimmers can be accepted by Hy-Tek TM files or on the individual entry form along with a completed summary sheet. All individual entries are subject to a £3 administrative charge
• Coach Passes are £20. A club office holder must confirm that you have DBS clearance for all those attending.
