A team of 4 HHSC masters attended the East Region Open Water event at Whitlingham Country Park, Norwich.

The results are broken out for each of the 6 Counties competing and then for the overall East Region.

Competing at his first 5k event, Oliver Brawn had an outstanding swim at 1hr 29 mins taking a Herts County Silver in the 30-39 Age group, 4th in the East Region and setting a new PB.

Also competing for the first time, Edwige Fortier swam the 3k event taking a Herts County Silver in the 50-59 Age group, along with an East Regional Silver (50-54 Age group).

Matt Rafiq-Craske swimming the 3k took the Herts County Gold in the 50-59 Age group, just missing out on the Regional Gold by 4 minutes to take Regional Silver (50-54 Age group).

Hilary Coulson took Herts County Gold in both the 2k and 3k events in the 50-59 Age group, and Gold and Silver at Regional (55-59 Age group).
