Following his success in the Brighton marathon last month, on Sunday, Shane ran the St Albans half marathon with girlfriend Alice.🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Not wishing to be outdone by her son, Hilary took part in the Windermere Marathon Swim (10k). She was  delighted with a time of 3 hours 36 minutes in very rough conditions and a chilly 14 degrees!🏊‍♀️🥶

Dominick Kelly was also competing in Sweden this weekend, completing the Swimrun (a 14k run & 3k swim).🏊‍♀️🏃‍♂️🇸🇪
